I had a great experience with having my wall heater replaced through P.A.C. Properties. The work required was extensive over a couple of days and was done efficiently and effectively to my satisfaction. I am happy with the contractor and technicians who came to do the work for my wall heater replacement as well as the repairs and repainting of my walls. The heater looks amazing and works beautifully!
11225 property is falling apart. They’re constantly shutting the water off to work on the building. The garage floods when it rains. The washer and dryers have stolen about $20 from me over the past year and are constantly out of service. Management is good though. Respond fast to maintenance requests and are polite. Keep the building clean.
Our building needed to upgrade the electrical system. An outside vendor did the work and as a result had to cut through and remove several areas of the drywall. Ruben from PAC repaired the drywall and did an excellent and professional job. Great Work!
I have been with PAC Properties now for maybe almost 7 years; and I have never had a more logically organized organization to wrk with. When I am dealing with repairs or even bills they make it easy with simple to follow instructions. Simply put, their techs and customer service representatives are kind and decent people to work with. I really like living under their management & services. I enjoy dealing with PAC Properties. Don’t write a lot of reviews but for what we pay in rent it’s pretty upsetting how things are managed. People park infront of our garbage and they just send a email every week asking for them to move it. Waste workers can’t get the garbage So complex constantly smell's. Water is constantly broken or turned off once a month. Sometimes for days. No compensation for it. They have been building a new apartment so have had to listen to banging and sawing for 8 hours everyday. Had a leak with our AC and had to wait 4 days for them to come fix it. Water all over our floors. Suggest other places
I put in the meld request on Saturday and someone came out Monday, on time with the materials needed to handle the job. He was quick and courteous. I also appreciated him giving me options before completing the work.
